Ashirwad Rangmandal was established with the vision of enriching the Indian theatre landscape through innovation, inclusivity, and artistic excellence. Under the leadership of Dr. Amit Roushan, a renowned theatre director, scholar, and cultural organizer, we have grown into a respected institution known for its compelling productions and impactful outreach programs.

Festivals & Events

Since 2010, we have been organizing the Ashirwad National Theatre Festival, recognized among India’s top 10 theatre festivals. The festival has featured legendary artists like Ratan Thiyyam and Tripurari Sharma, showcasing contemporary and classical theatre from across India.

Launched in 2016, this festival brings together artists from Norway, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and Taiwan, fostering a global exchange of theatre practices.
